About the Job

The Programme Manager Social Entrepreneurship Development is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination and promotion of social entrepreneurship ecosystem. Assist in the development and management of new and existing social enterprise programs in coordination with Social Entrepreneurship Development team.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Manages and support senior manager in execution and on the ground support as well as engagements for matters relating to all Social Entrepreneurship Development initiative and activities (e.g., meeting with community leads, cap dev sessions, consultations)
  • Track and manage a working-level team and drive deliverables and task in accordance with Social Entrepreneurship Development
  • To support in providing strategic directions and funnelling to Social Entrepreneurship Development programmes as well as partners related programmes
  • Responsible for due diligence exercise and reviewing documents for executive committees and SE selections including consultation and engagements
  • To achieve market growth (e.g, ecosystem development in SE through entrepreneurial approaches and SE programmes and initiatives
  • Participate in planning, implementation and monitoring of key programs activities according to requirements and regulations
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency timeliness of financial and performance-oriented report to management and stakeholders
  • Monitoring and reporting tasks pertaining to the tracking of Social Entrepreneurship Development programme and specific program items (e.g., conversion report, outreach tracker)
  • Liaise on a regular and ongoing basis with partners and stakeholders

Programme Development

  • Develop and apply SE best practices and approaches by introducing new programme if needed and evaluate and promote cross-linkage opportunities for enterprise development
  • Assist in developing and preparing business plans, briefing and public engagement related to SE programmes may require to represent the organisation at designated meetings and conferences

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree holder, but Masters preferred from a recognized University
  • Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in related field
  • Demonstrate vast experience in networking within the SE ecosystem
  • Excellent written, presentation skills, ability to highlight and explain relevant data
  • Strong financial analysis skills
  • Ability to create financial models will be value-added
  • Demonstrate skills in project implementation, including performance monitoring and budget preparation and tracking
  • Strong team player that can work cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders
  • People-oriented, a quick learner, and thrive on the excitement of a goal-oriented team
  • Excellent and strong project management as well as stakeholders engagement skills
  • Work well in a challenging, dynamic environment and under pressure circumstances
  • Ability to prioritised and handle multiple tasks, familiar with and able to operate in the fast pace and multicultural environment
