We are opening up an opportunity for marketing professionals who wants to be part of something bigger than yourself – solving poverty issue in Southeast Asia.
The Growth Marketer is a member of the Growth team supporting growth efforts. This role will report directly to the Head of Growth.
In this role, you will manage our digital paid acquisition channels, with ownership of advertising budget and corresponding results. You will also design, execute, and analyse A/B tests across ads and different channels to optimise for growth.
This role is best suited for those who wishes to deep dive into the marketing career. You must be able to think outside of the box with an analytical mind and are willing to wear many hats to move quickly as you help driving our growth strategies.
Your degree don’t matter. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, you’ll be guided by the Head of Growth.
Own: Drive and take full ownership for both offline and online marketing effort.
Plan: Identify opportunities and plan for growth on all channels ranging from social media, SEO, email, paid acquisition, website to on-ground activation.
Build: Lead execution of all marketing/ growth driven initiatives to hit acquisition targets effectively and efficiently. You create ads, write emails, build web pages, coordinate events, optimize and structure existing channels with the latest best practices, establish tools and reporting, position channels to scale, and innovate new growth strategies.
Experiment: Stay plugged in with the latest marketing trends, platform and technologies. You’ll identify new marketing channels and be given freedom to experiment to establish new working channel for growth.
Analyze: You’ll influence the direction our growth strategies and acquisition channels by measuring, analysing, and making sense of data into meaningful insights and actionable insights for the company to act on.
Collaborate: You’ll be working closely with the community team and operation team to gain insights of the targeted audience and to execute plans.
Feedback: Be obsessed with user experience. Constantly talking to all users including customers and merchants to draw insights and to derive better growth strategies.

You are expected to have some basics or pick up the below (but not limited to) skills:
➡ You have minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too)
➡ Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to focus on.
➡ Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs.
➡ A/B testing those ideas.
➡ Analyzing the data and users’ feedback.
➡ Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
➡ Driving traffic to your website, landing pages, social media…
➡ Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks and being able to apply CRO hacks to any businesses.
➡ Working on a lean startup process.
➡ Working with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral – Revenue)
➡ Prioritizing growth channels.
➡ Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of ones business.
➡ Scaling and Automating the growth processes.
➡ Ability to plan and coordinate simple event.
➡ Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
➡ Knowledgeable about SEO and content marketing.
➡Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
➡ Understand user experience and are obsessed with creating user-centric applications.
➡ Ability to present and communicate your ideas and findings effectively and efficiently.
