  • Drive and champion the overall Sales and Marketing activities for Property Development Division by formulating and executing strategic business plans and campaigns to meet monthly and annual sales targets
  • Jointly accountable for P&L, tabulate and perform high-level reporting to Management on the top and bottom lines of overall Sales and Marketing business unit
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the sales methods, cost and results and drive the most cost effective and efficient sales methods in attaining the sales targets
  • Involve in project budgeting cost control and gross margin analysis, formulate the adverting and promotion program, and property pricing working closely with project team in meeting the annual sales target, project costing, budget and set KPIs
  • Lead the team to execute the marketing kits brochure, model, animation, artworks, banner, flyer, newspaper and other media advertising
  • Responsible for the operations of Sales Gallery office and ensure all purchaser’s enquiries are addressed with greatest before and after sales customer services
  • Develop strong network collaboration and partnership with agents, bankers and lawyers while building a solid customer database and maintaining good rapport with customers
  • Responsible for S&P agreements detailing and execution
  • Prepare the sales performance forecast, maintain up-to-date market condition and conduct competitors’ analysis and benchmarking
  • Lead, develop and coach the sales team in attaining the sales targets
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time-to-time by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of experience in property Sales and Marketing those with overseas/ international sales experience will be of added advantage
  • Understand local markets and possess in depth knowledge in property industry to be able to drive and execute effective sales and marketing plans and campaigns
  • Proactive, resourceful with proven sales track record in increasing property sales revenue
  • Pleasant personality, independent, strong leadership, teamwork, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
