As the Digital Campaign & Promotion Manager, you will be devising and running marketing campaigns strategies across various categories at Dropee. The aim is to provide maximum guidance and promotional activities to enable our B2B sellers to sell more on our platform. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility of Dropee’s platform. This role will be directly reporting to the Head of Marketing.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement campaign strategies across various categories (Eg: Drinks & Beverage, Confectionery & Snacks, etc.)
  • Ability to select media channels and/or outlets for the most effective ways to market campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to efficiently deliver marketing strategies for campaign needs in a timely manner.
  • Identifying and partner with external agencies and media outlets to execute marketing strategies.
  • Establish and continuously improve the foundation and frameworks for campaign developments.
  • Define, track, and analyse the performance of campaigns. Drive campaign strategy and optimize data analysis.

 

Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in advertising / marketing agencies in a brand management, media planning or online campaign experience is a must.
  3. Strong business judgement backed by an analytical mindset and comfortable in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analysis.
  4. Possess innovative problem-solving skills; dissecting the root causes of problems and implementing solutions.
  5. Strong knowledge in marketing within traditional channels with a basic understanding of digital marketing.
  6. Good relationships with media outlets.
