As the Business Development Lead, you will be responsible for generating high quality new business leads, promote Dropee to the supply chain community and incubate new customers for Dropee, mainly focusing on new and rapidly growing customer relationships. This is done in collaboration with Business Development Managers working with associations, government agencies, and community leaders, as well as with your sales and account management counterparts. We are looking for someone with a passion for supply chain, cloud technology and the ability to drive people in a dynamic environment. This person will be responsible for leading Malaysia’s Business Development team, helping to define goal criteria, prioritization methodologies, and evolve best practices for the team, drive the team to deliver results and track the teams performance against goals.
