Current innovation efforts emphasise technology, product and process, at the expense of the innovator. As a result, 90 percent fail. Raymond is a story and innovation expert, and global speaker. After spending 14 years studying, researching and teaching storytelling at some of the most prestigious institutions in the US, he returned to Malaysia to be CEO of Enfiniti Vision Media, founding Director of Multimedia University’s Faculty of Cinematic Arts, and later Head of Content at Rhizophora Ventures. His latest focus – on the intersection between the innovation process and the human story – has taken him to startup ecosystems from India to Berlin. Raymond was listed as one of the Top 10 Entrepreneurs to watch in 2019 by The Edge Newspaper. He holds an MFA from New York University.
