Julie is the founder of Flex Learning Resources, a company that specialises in learning events and training programmes for working adults and aspiring entrepreneurs. She is a highly trained lecturer who specialises in linguistics and marketing communication and holds professional certifications in body language and neuro-linguistic programming.
In her previous role serving as a VIP customer service personnel for a five-star hospitality MNC in Singapore, she resolved more than 1,500 customer enquiries and complaints, and turned upset customers into happy ones — now this definitely involves strong persuasion skills!
