Joon is an accomplished Global Business Services (GBS) specialist and a CFO with comprehensive Finance and Finance Shared Services experience. She is currently the CEO of AGOS ASIA, a firm specialising in finance, HR, procurement and business process transformation, enabled by technology. AGOS also focuses on GBS set up, implementation and expansion. In addition, AGOS offers training & development for Finance professionals to be equipped with the necessary skills to be IR4.0 ready.
Joon’s vast experience includes strategic advisory to GBS organisation, business & finance process redesign, organisational structure design, process migration , ERP systems implementation and making RPA adoption work in organisations, in delivering the required Return On Investment (ROI).
Joon has worked as a Global Head of Service Management in a GBS , Finance Controller for a public listed company, Regional Finance Controller, Head of Global IT Finance for Global IT Shared Services, Mergers & Acquisition Accountant, Internal Auditor as well as an external auditor.
Joon holds a BSc Econs in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of ICAEW(Institute of Chartered Accountant England & Wales) and Chartered Accountant of MIA (Malaysian Institute Of Accountants).
