Kerjaya aims to help marginalised communities gain exposure, get empowered and be included, and wants you to be a part of their initiative.

Audrey was part of the world’s largest youth led organisation, AIESEC for 5 years and her last position was the National Vice President for Partnership Development. She established partnerships with various stakeholders from private, public and government to support youth leadership development which impacted more than 10 000 beneficiaries in Malaysia annually.
Last year, she co-founded Kerjya, a social enterprise which aim to provide opportunity for companies to empower the marginalised community. They do this by providing companies with local talent while giving strong support system to the beneficiaries to suit themselves in the workplace.
Being an enthusiast in empowering people around her, she spends part of her time in PurpoSE Malaysia as project consultant, leading the university network in Monsta Asia and was recently appointed as the Industry Adjunct Faculty Member for INTI International University and Colleges.
