Prof Dr. Murali Raman is a certified NLP Practitioner and also a Specialist in Directive Communication using Colored Brain and Emotional Drivers. He was also part of the Stanford University’s Technology Venture Program (STVP)—working with STVP to nurture and enhance the Entrepreneurial ecosystem in Malaysia. As a coach and trainer for over 15 years, Dr. Raman specializes in three broad areas: Design Thinking and Digital Economy, Leadership Development using Directive Communication using Colored Brain and Emotional Drivers, and Soft skills development (teaming passionately, unleashing positivity and effective communication). He is currently a Fellow at MIM. He is a certified Design Thinking Trainer by Stanford D School. He has an MBA from Imperial College of Science, Technology and Medicine, UK. He also has an MSC in Human Capital Management from London School of Economics, alongside his doctorate in Management Information Systems, from Claremont Graduate University, USA.
Dr Robert Jeyakumar Nathan received his Bachelors in Business Administration (Hons.) Majoring in Marketing with Multimedia; and Masters of Philosophy (Management) from Multimedia University, Malaysia. He obtained his PhD in International Marketing from Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Dr Robert is a certified trainer with Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad (PSMB) under the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resources. He also holds the Stanford Design School TTT for Design Thinking.
Prior to joining the academia, he worked as a System Analyst for Siemens Semiconductor AG (now known as Infineon Technologies AG), a semiconductor manufacturing company based in Munich, Germany. Dr Robert specializes in Manufacturing Statistics and Data Analysis and has conducted statistical, data mining and enterprise knowledge management systems trainings in Infineon plants in Asia Pacific, Japan, Europe and North America.
Fairuz is a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Management, Multimedia University (MMU). He earned his Master of Philosophy (MPhil.) and Bachelor of Business Administration (First Class Honours) in the areas of management and organizational learning. He is a certified the trainer by Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF) and Center for Entrepreneurship Development and Research (CEDAR). Fairuz was among the selected few who received direct coaching from Stanford University (USA) D.School professors, where he received his certification as a Design Thinking Trainer. He is also an Advisor and consultant for the Malaysian Agricultural Research and Development Institute (MARDI) Young Agropreneur Programme, and served as mentor for startups under the MMU Startup Scheme. Fairuz has accumulated more than 16 years of teaching and training experience, and was awarded the MMU Best Teaching Staff Award in 2016. His training repertoire includes clients such as Telekom Malaysia, MARDI, Khazanah Nasional, and MMU.
Dr. Aliza holds a PhD in Strategy in the area of strategic networks and partnerships for MSC Clusters. She has also consulted on projects–namely, AsiaBuildOnline (ABOL) Sdn Bhd, for an Electronic Development Approval System (EDAS) company, an online platform that facilitates government to business collaboration, and her most recent being with Alpha Catalyst Consulting for Malaysia’s National Corporate Innovation Index. Dr. Aliza was also seconded as project manager in 2013 to the Multimedia University’s former Performance Management Office (PMO) (now known as Strategy Transformation Office (STO), a division that designs and orchestrates strategic initiatives for the University. She is a HRDF and Stanford certified trainer and has conducted training for various organisations- most recently for Khazanah Nasional Bhd’s Skim Latihan 1Malaysia (SL1M) Programme and TM’s Band1 & 2 Leadership Programme.
