Blockchain bears all kinds of potential for improving human systems. Most often we hear of that potential in reference to financial services and banking systems. But the human arena that could perhaps be most improved by the blockchain is voting.
Increasingly digital technology in the present has helped many lives. Unlike the electoral system, there are many conventional uses of paper in its implementation. The aspect of security and transparency is a threat from a widespread election with the conventional system (offline).
Blockchain technology is one of the solutions because it embraces a decentralized system and the entire database are owned by many users.

Who Should Attend:
Andy’s main role will be to lead our Government, GLC and Higher Education Institutions relations andengagement in Malaysia, while my other role involves in assisting the creation of a vibrant Blockchain ecosystem in Malaysia with NEM Blockchain technology at the centre of it. On top of the above, I am NEM Malaysia’s go-to-guy for Sarawak, Sabah, Brunei and Indonesia engagements.
Prior to joining NEM Malaysia, Andy served as AVP eCommerce Business Development at Pos Malaysia. Andy assist to establish, influence and position Pos Malaysia to become Malaysia’s No. 1 eCommerce end-to-end eFulfilment Provider and dominant Digital Economy player, by working closely with internal and external stakeholders through successful planning and implementation of joint business initiatives.
