The Developing a Team & Organisation for Growth workshop will help startup founders and SME leaders learn how to lead and develop a high performing team that can live your company values, feel ownership and help you drive growth. We’ll be using GrowthWheel® , a tool for decision-making in startup and growth companies. It helps business advisors and entrepreneurs get focus, set agenda, make decisions, and take action.
In this workshop, you will create your own 360-degree screening of your venture or business idea and an action plan for the next 90 days.
You will also walk away with 4 GrowthWheel tools that helps you plan and lead the team for growth.
Topic 1: People basics for Startups and SMEs

Topic 2: Leading self before leading others
Many startups and SME leaders are inexperienced at leading teams and companies and thus have little or no conceptual frameworks or roadmaps to rely on when making critical decisions. Often salaries make up the main costs of the venture, and you can only create much-needed results through your people. So knowing how to hire well is key to your success. However, leading others starts with leading yourself more effectively, as you set the tone, energy, and example for others.

• Map your goals and vision for the team and how your leadership aligns
• Knowing your strengths and learning edge as a leader (utilizing and mitigating)
